Hello, we are A STEP ABOVE DANCE STUDIO located in Knoxville, TN. We are basically a Competition Clogging team that travels all over the United States for competitions. Our Directors are Rebecca and Michael Roebuck, co-directors are Molly Hess and Megan Wheat.
Rebecca started clogging at age 7 and Michael at age 10. Both have been with several clogging teams, have traveled extensively, and been a part of many shows including Crook and Chase, Branson Missouri, and Dollywood. They were married April 17 of 2004.
Our studio currently has 7 competition teams. Up and Runnin' Peewee, Up and Runnin' Elementary, Up and Runnin' Elite, Those Girls, Those Girls Jr., Slabtown, and Slabtown Two.
We also offer hip-hop dance with more to come. Be sure to check back often!
